My Low Self-Esteem Story
My Low Self-esteem Signs look like this...
* I find it very hard to stand up for what I know is right.
* Most time I am always apologetic and want to be nice to everybody . I hate it most times and would like to be more assertive and stand-up for what I believe is right.
* I am afraid of failing and making mistakes , as a result I have made quite a share of mistakes and lived with guilt for some time
Thank you for sharing your low self-esteem symptoms with us, N. It is my hope that your very act of public acknowledgement of what you do and why you do it, as well as acknowledgement to your self, is the 1ST step in starting to change this behaviour towards yourself.
Make no mistakes, N, you deserve your love; you are loved!
Thanks, N, it takes great courage to admit your 'failings' like this, it really does!
A New Way of Seeing Self-Esteem?
Steve here, and for the last few years (since Oct 2012, actually) I've been seeing (and thinking about) low self-esteem in a different way. Not as a problem to fix, but as feedback to notice (and nothing more). That's right: nothing to fix, everything to notice. And all this became obvious to me after being introduced to the Three Principles behind life (in Oct 2012).
I created a free 1-page Self-Esteem Guide that explains more, anyway. You can read about it here (NO EMAIL REQUIRED) - SMNash.com/self-esteem-guide/
Thank you - Steve
