What makes YOU happy?

With all the doom and gloom in the world
right now, don't you think it's time we celebrated happiness a little! :-) I
do, anyway. And the great thing is, there's no secret to happiness, really,
other than recognising what makes us smile, laugh or just be plain thankful to
be alive. And that's what this page is all about: I want to remind you
of our your own recipe for happiness.
Whatever's going on in our lives - the good, the bad and the ugly - I'm sure we can all still smile to ourselves
and feel good about life, if we try. That's what I think anyway, and I want you
to prove me right - share your happiness list here! So I'm looking for some or all of the following from
you: - Your happiness list (see my happiness list below - a bit
cheesy, but so what!)

- Your recipe for

My Happiness List...
Look! I wrote my happiness list, below,
after I had just broken up with a fabulous, intelligent, sexy and great-looking
woman in May 2008. So I was a bit miserable. :-( But I could also recognise my
happiness too, and I'm betting you can do that as well... 
...
So come on down, and do your bit to fight the Credit Crunch and all that
other doom and gloom in the world! Put a smile on your face, and on the

Your thoughts on happiness - what YOU say... What makes you happy? For me, it's daft things like singing in the shower, listening to classical music and eating jam sandwiches!
