Weekly Wonder Free Inspirational Quotes
by Steve M Nash
Weekly Wonder Online - Welcome Edition Welcome to the online archive of the Weekly Wonder Newsletter - an inspirational quotation and what I wonder about it, in both text and in video form. A shorter version of the Weekly Wonder newsletter (which includes the Monthly Marvel) is delivered by email - you can subscribe below! NOTE: if you're looking for Monthly Marvel archive, you can find it here! Denis Waitley wonders..."Procrastination is the fear of success. People procrastinate because they are afraid of the success that they know will result if they move ahead now. Because success is heavy, carries a responsibility with it, it is much easier to procrastinate and live on the "someday I'll" philosophy."If you watch this video below, you'll see that it's the reason why I got started with recording it in the first place... (Please comment - either at YouTube or below. Thanks.) What I Wonder...As I say in the rather rambling, rather long video above - and I must remember to not speak in such a patronising tone, sometimes (oops!) - I HAVE been thinking about doing The Weekly Wonder in video format for some time. For maybe 6 months, even. And that is a long time to think about doing something without doing it.And why have I only just got around to doing it now? Could it be I didn't have enough time before, or could it be that I was frightened of success (whatever 'success' means)? I don't know - I don't have all the answers, even about myself! ;-) I do know that I'm glad I got started, even if my video could have made its point in 1 minute rather than 5. So I'm glad - VERY! - that The Weekly Wonder videos have now started (and finished - now completed 52 videos). And I'm really glad you're watching and reading, and hopefully getting involved somehow. Procrastination is nobody's friend, nobody's! And we all should do as much as we can to encourage ourselves to stop hiding behind our fears, to take action, as well as encourage those people in our lives who are procrastinating too. ...Anyway, this is a long, long way of saying "welcome" to you. Yes, I am prone to ramble. Would love to hear your rambles too. So, please comment below. And if you have an inspirational quote that you'd like me to talk about in a video, then let me know about it, too - fill in this form!. Thanks, Steve PS And here are the two other free inspirational quotes about procrastination "If and When were planted, and Nothing grew." -- Proverb "The greatest amount of wasted time is the time not getting started." -- Dawson Trotman PPS Now please comment, please have your say - thanks.
