Time spent wtih my child

I want to spend at least 2 hours every night enjoying my son by the end of the month (October, 2009).

Sounds like a grea idea for a personal goal for any parent, if you ask me!

I do hope it's Achievable. But your goal is certainly Specific, Measurable, Relevant and Time-based like all good SMART goals should be!
