Whatever changes you want to make in life - and you'll find some tips, articles and advice below to assist you, for sure - it's vitally important for you to first understand that: YOU... ARE... OKAY!
And being okay with 'being okay' is a great place to be. It allows you to be okay with yourself when you make mistakes. And being okay with yourself when you make mistakes allows you to try new things. And trying new things is what life is all about, IS what self-growth is all about.
