- Jealous
- Desperate
- Tired (feel this often)
- Defeated
- Powerless

Thanks for sharing these low self esteem symptoms.

I wonder how you, or anybody reading this, would change your behaviour (if you could) once you noticed yourself being defensive/jealous/desperate etc.
