Welcome to February 2012's Monthly Marvel...

The Monthly Marvel Online is simply the online monthly edition of the Weekly Wonder with "extras" - hello and welcome! :-)

So 2012 is 1 month old and counting. And I'm wondering: how many mistakes have YOU made so far this year? Yes, it's good to learn from mistakes but not so that you never try out anything new, never take any risks.

You might think that my 'letting go' aim for the year (see last month's Monthly Marvel) might mean that I'm going to be avoiding mistakes big time. But I don't think so. Actually, I see this year as a way to REALLY FOCUS ON BEING - and on noticing what comes! Which is another way of saying that I'm going to allow myself to make mistakes, and see what I notice about the process, notice about my feelings and the resultant consequences (and what I notice about my feelings about those consequences, etc.).

It is, actually, a classic act of 'doing, without worrying about what will happen from that doing'...

And maybe that's what living a good life is all about - giving it your best shot, without always knowing how it's going to turn out! Maybe that's what separates the winners from the losers, those that succeed from those that fail.

(Or maybe it's just an excuse, Sophia, for outright bad behaviour! Hee hee!)
