The Monthly Marvel Online is simply the online monthly edition of the Weekly Wonder with "extras" - hello and welcome! :-)

November was a most interesting month for me - filled with unnecessary anxieties, and finding new ways to deal with old challenges. If you're anything like me - and you might be, you just might be - then an old challenge you may well face is that of being adversely affected by other people's opinions of you...

Truth is, there really is no need to be bothered by other people's opinions of yourself. You simply cannot control the thoughts of another, you really can't. (It's hard enough to control your thoughts, after all, and someone else has a different culture to you, different values - how can their opinion of you be more important than your own!)
