Low Self Esteem 'Success'

My low self esteem symptoms can be summed up in 2 words:

"Success schmuccess"

So I tend to take my success for granted, and consider that it's because of others and not my capabilities why I am successful in anything.

For example:

• I get a good hit in softball and in my mind I'm thinking, "I only scored 'cause the other team fumbled with the ball".


• Or, "I only got that hit 'cause the pitcher let me get a hit"
