Low Self Esteem is in My Mind

I have always lived by what others see when they encounter me: and I am morbidly obese, aged 31 with 6 kids and I have HIV/Aids.

I have an alcoholic ex-husband, so now when I try to find love and peace in my mind I'm unable to do so.

I find that I am always living on what has passed and not living for the here and now because I feel, in my mind, that here is no future without the hope of living the rest of my life alone or with someone who claims to love me. I am 'diseased' and do not feel worth it... though I live for another day, I am here today not tomorrow.

How to improve self esteem?

What can I do to make it a better day?
