Low Self Esteem I Need Help

My Low Self Esteem Signs...

I'm afraid to say 'no'

I just compare my self to others

I don't trust anyone, even myself

I'm afraid to talk to other people. (I even keep silent to my dad... I'm afraid to talk about my life with him

And I have these burning questions inside my head...

Q: Will I grow to be a right human being?

Q: Can I find a job for myself?

Q: Can I enjoy my life?

Q: Can i express my love?

please help me..

You have insight and that is a biggie

From your post it sounds like you know yourself. Self Awareness is the beginning of your journey.

I have those moments too.

I do that also

sometimes. I realize that I keep changing as the world changes. An old saying: never say never

Been there also. Reaching out to others is a process. Don't be too hard on yourself. Life is a process. Just do what is comfortable and challenge yourself with tiny steps.

And I have these burning questions inside my head...

Q: Will I grow to be a right human being?
Your question tells me a part of you is right.

Q: Can I find a job for myself?
Your question tells me you want to

Q: Can I enjoy my life?
Yes you will. There will be ups and downs. There is no perfection. Don't be hard on yourself.

Q: Can i express my love?
I think we are "love" in the making. You expressed it when you felt enough love for yourself to even ask these questions.

please help me..
You are being helped by the questions you ask. May I suggest writing your feelings? I take a day at a time and realize that as I am a human "being" I will make mistakes. That is life. I get back up and try again.

Help comes, I hope, simply by you asking for help here at this website.

It helps for you to acknowledge to yourself, and to others, that you have issues that need addressing.

Someone out here may indeed be able to give you direct advice. But, truly, YOU are the one to help yourself.

Take small steps, if need be, but do take steps... forward!
