Gigi, thanks for sharing your goal. Had to comment here as was wondering how S-M-A-R-T these goals are.

I guess your goal is measurable and it's time-based, but I'm wondering how specific you've been - will you simply work twice as many hours, and will that be okay? - and how relevant and achievable this is for you...
