Bob's Personal Goal

My personal goal is to provide $10,000 each month through passive income within 8 years.

How am I going to go about doing this?

Well, I already have 14 residential rental units that provide some passive income and will continue to increase as the morgages are paid down.

I am developing a web site that gives information on real estate investing, and I would like to start a property maintanance business.

I don't mean to be nosey, Bob, but I've got some questions for your goal...

a) How much passive income are you making per month now?

b) How much do you think you will be making in 1 (2, 3, 4...) year's time?

c) Are your aims realistic? How so?

Obviously, you don't need to share your answers here, Bob, but these answers would then fit the SMART goal setting model I've written about...
