Author Unknown Free Inspirational Quotes
by Steve M Nash
Weekly Wonder Online: 06 This is the online archive of The Weekly Wonder. And this (full-length) edition discusses an inspirational quotation by Author Unknown, in both text and video form. And you can receive a shorter version of the Weekly Wonder newsletter, sent to you by email, by subscribing - see bottom of this page. Author Unknown wonders..."Life should be enjoyable; too often we think it's about achievement. The truth is that making life enjoyable is an achievement in itself." Listen to my thoughts about this inspirational quote in the video below. You'll also discover a bit more about where I live in West Yorkshire (England!) - this time it's a windy view of Holmfirth (in the video), no less, from Thurstonland Bank Rd. What I Wonder...(Please comment - either at YouTube or below. Thanks.) So, as I said in the video, I'm a big fan of self-help (or personal development, if you prefer) but not for the sake of it, though. No, the point of learning about yourself, of self develpment, is always to make life more enjoyable for yourself. And I know that some people 'poo poo' self-help; they say it's studied by people who don't seem to practice what they're learning. And I know that some people just don't learn about life, don't grow, by studying it in a book (or by watching a video of some man with dreadlocks talking on a windy Yorkshire day). What I say in response is that this is fine - learn about life in the best way for you. And let others learn about life the best way for them - which might mean visiting self-help websites, etc. Because, ultimately, we're all trying to achieve the same thing: a more enjoyable life! And who can argue with that as a life goal, eh! (Note to self: I must be much more open to talking about my self-help 'leanings' when someone asks me that dreaded question "what do I do for a living?" from now on...) How about you? Why are you a student of self-help? Do let me know, below, using the comments link below. Thanks for reading, Steve PS And here are two more free inspirational quotes from Author Unknown (though I suspect they are not the same unknown author :-) ) "True love doesn't have a happy ending, because true love never ends. Letting go is one way of saying I love you." PPS Would you like me to discuss a favourite quote of yours? Then fill in this form! PPPS Now please comment, please have your say - thanks.
