A Man's Low Self Esteem

My low self esteem symptoms as a collection of words...

untrusting, lack of humility, unforgiving, fearfulness, self shame, guilt, making bad assumptions...

...Being unaware of my low self esteem, I have grown up masking all these low self esteem symptoms with a blanket of false pride covering it all.

Only when my marriage failed and my ex-wife informed me of the victimisation she experienced due to my low self esteem did I seek help.

I had thought it was only fear that I suffered from. Little did I know that all the symptoms that I have mentioned above were the elements of a man trapped in a boy's body...
